GenX Entertainment Ltd brings Bajaj Pulsar presents Spot the Champ Contest

Terms:
1) GenX Entertainment Ltd is the host for “Spot the Champ Contest” over SMS  The offer is open for a limited period of 4 weeks starting from 27th June 08 and ending on 19th July 08 for the pre-paid as well as post-paid category of Cellular Subscribers of all operators in India.

2) This offer is valid only for existing category of active subscribers who fulfil the following criteria:
You must be a citizen of India
You must not have any criminal record nor be of unsound mind

Format of Contest:

  1. Bajaj Pulsar  presents Spot the Champ Contest which shall be available on SMS.
  2. Charges Rs.3/-message
  3. An image of the 3 characters of Champ- Raj, Dhruv and Sameera will appear on the screen with a number below them. The viewer has to sms the number that appears on the screen to 59995. The viewer has to sms all the 3 numbers.
  4. In order to qualify the viewer has to sms correctly all the 3 numbers.
  5. This contest will appear every Friday-Saturday during the airing of the show Champ at 9.30 pm from 27th June 08 to 19th July 08.
  6. The viewer has to sms all the numbers that will appear during the airing of the show for the 4 weeks to be eligible for the prize.

Participation Flow:

  1. GenX Entertainment Ltd reserves the right to alter the format of the contest / withdraw the contest or make any changes to the terms and conditions of the contest.
  2. This offer is being made purely on a “Best Effort” basis and participation of eligible subscribers is voluntary.
  3. The subscriber further understands and agrees that GenX Entertainment Ltd shall be solely responsible for inter-alia the selection of the winners based on scores winners and delivery of the prizes.
  4. GenX Entertainment Ltd shall be responsible for delivery of prizes to the subscriber
  5. The prizes under the offer is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances.
  6. Apart from the above mentioned prizes, nothing else will be provided to the winner. All applicable taxes (including TDS), insurances, transfers and other expenses (including postage, incidental and delivery charges) if any will have to be borne by the winner.
  7. The winner need to pay gift tax and and when applicable (on the Proforma invoice), Road tax, insurance and any other taxes applicable by the government central or state.
  8.  The operator may to its best ability inform the winners by calling them on their mobile or telephone numbers. All prizes must be claimed by the winner along with the documents specified herein: a) Identity proof, b) Address Proof, c) Pan card
  9. The subscriber hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold GenX Entertainment Ltd  or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that the subscriber may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of the present offer.
  10. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion.
  11.  GenX Entertainment Ltd would ensure that this offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, Department of Telecommunications or any other statutory authority from time to time.
  12. The present offer is organised and administered by GenX Entertainment Ltd
  13. The T&C are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
